We are able to reach hardness of around 60-64 Rockwell with materials such as en36 and en40b,This process provides less distortion for more delicate parts.
Case hardened parts are usually done to a depth of 0.4mm ,and can be applied to a wide range of materials.
Red Anodising and Clear Anodising are our main colours with the addition of Hard Anodising on specific parts.
Black is our main phospahte colouring but others are aviable with the addition of chemical blacking to provide a different form of protection.
